NEW: Text color can be configured for Text-based video subtitles that do not have their own styling info.

Fixed: The Options window could be closed while the subtitle text font dialog in video options was still displayed.
Changed: The DLNA server Audio Advanced settings removed the simplified settings for sample rate, volume levelling and Stereo Downmix.
